Executive Director, Banff World Media Festival, Playback As Executive Director of the Banff World Media Festival and Playback, Jenn oversees all aspects of the renowned international event and commercial stewardship of Canada’s premier national media industry publication. Jenn sits on the Women in Film and Television Toronto Foundation (WIFT-T) Board of Directors as Vice Chair, and has served as as adjunct professor at Toronto’s York University, designing and teaching a 4th year course on the business of film, television and digital media.
Heather Ritchie Head of Campaign Strategy and Executive Producer of Futurithmic, Nokia Heather’s two decade career includes a series of increasingly senior leadership positions in global high-tech companies. She currently leads Nokia’s marketing campaign strategy and is the executive producer of the Nokia original series Futurithmic. As a labour of love, she teaches communication workshops for emerging leaders. Her most recent is on how to cut bullshit conversations and get stuff done: the evolving communication skills needed to lead in the era of augmented intelligence. The course is based on a four year research project she is turning into a book. She’s lived in Shanghai, Singapore, California and currently calls Canada home.
