The evolving media landscape has led to a surge in brand-funded filmmaking over the past 2+ years. The perfect storm driving this trend can be attributed to the migration away from analog TV viewing, the rush to streaming platforms and the plethora of digital video offerings. Truly, brands are realizing the necessity to create content that attracts and engages. Today, savvy marketers are finding more creative ways to offer content that people seek rather than interrupt what they have found.

 

The Brand Storytelling Theater will screen several of the most current brand-funded films, everything from super shorts to features. These films are representative of the high-quality production and storytelling that is resulting from brands partnering with talented artists, directors, writers and producers. Certainly, brand storytelling is not new, but today does mark the beginning of an era when brands are far more focused on entertaining, informing and inspiring audiences with compelling stories. Join us as we celebrate this new era and applaud the films and the brands who bring them to the screen.
